Tuesday, April 22nd | Wine Tasting at The Market Cafe
Join us at The Market Cafe for an afternoon of terrific food and wine. We’ll be featuring four big, bold and beautiful red wines - two from Italy, one from Spain and one from Napa Valley. They will be presented by Guest Sommelier Glenn Harvey with Orsini Wines.
No reservations are necessary, but the tasting ends promptly at 4:00pm, so please allow enough time to enjoy all the food and wine! We’re looking forward to seeing you on April 22nd!

Thursday, April 3rd | Beni di Batasiolo Four-Course Wine Dinner
Please join us as we take you on a delightful culinary tour of the vineyards of Beni di Batasiolo, located in Italy’s famed Piemonte region. These superlative wines are produced in one of the most prestigious and historic wine-growing areas of the entire region. Beni di Batasiolo is the story of the Dogliani family, which has lived the world of wine for five generations. Their vineyards have contributed immensely to making Italian wines famous the world over in a gorgeous land suffused with oblique light and veiled mists.
Joining us to share her deep knowledge of these extraordinary vintages is Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez of RNDC.

Thursday, March 27th | The Killer B’s Four-Course Wine Dinner
Please join us for a delightful culinary adventure featuring four of Italy’s most-collected pure varietal wines perfectly paired with our most delectable and popular dishes from past wine dinners.
Barolo, Barbaresco and Brunello are the three highly sought-after stars of Italian red wine. Barolo reigns eternal as Italy’s “King of Wines and Wine of Kings” – a powerful, full-bodied expression that displays elegance, depth and bold aromatics.

Thursday, March 13th | An Evening in the Veneto Wine Dinner
Please join us as we take you on a delightful culinary tour of the Veneto, featuring Venetian fare and the excellent wines of Nicola Biscardo Selections, which includes 33 wineries and wine estates throughout Italy. Biscardo specializes in “indigenous” varietals and grapes that are grown only in specific areas of Italy and not grown anywhere else. The result is a truly unique portfolio of wines and wineries from every corner of Italy, including Sicily and Sardinia.

Thursday, March 6th | Far Niente Wine Dinner
Please join us as we take you on a memory-making culinary tour of Far Niente Wine Estates. Established in 1885, Far Niente has produced remarkable wines from vineyards located in California’s Napa Valley as well as Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. Two of this evening’s selections will include special “single vineyard wines” - Nickel & Nickel John C. Sullenger Cabernet Sauvignon and Branding Iron Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines are the products of an exacting process that maximizes site selection, soil makeup, rootstock, clonal selection, exposure and best farming practices.

Tuesday, March 4th | An Eveving at Mardi Gras!
Come celebrate Mardi Gras Michael Anthony’s style! For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes made famous in New Orleans, the epicenter of Mardi Gras celebrations. Each dish will be expertly paired with a French or Spanish wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.

California’s famed Napa Valley is renowned for its many fine wineries. But it’s also home to some of America’s best and most storied restaurants. For this very special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three delectable dishes, each made famous by a Napa Valley restaurant. The dishes will be expertly paired with a California wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.
This unique evening includes a welcome glass of champagne, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
