For this special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes made famous in New Orleans, the epicenter of Mardi Gras celebrations. Each dish will be expertly paired with a French or Spanish wine, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.
