
Demo Classes
Our Demonstration Classes are presented classroom style where you watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($75 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes
Our Hands-On Classes give you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, we can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

Thursday, March 20th | Mediterranean Spring Cooking Demo
Spring in the Mediterranean is the perfect time to embrace healthy eating with the traditional flavors of Greece, Spain and Southern Italy. Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these delicious and light dishes with simple but flavorful ingredients. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Friday, March 21st | Lobster, Crab, & Shrimp Cooking Demo
Who doesn't love seafood? This demonstration class is a seafood lover's dream featuring everyone’s favorites - lobster, crab and shrimp! Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these delicious recipes that will satisfy the seafood lover in you! Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Friday, March 28th | Spring Pasta Cooking Demo
Celebrate the arrival of spring with Chef Trey as he shows you how to prepare three fresh and tasty pasta dishes that celebrate the best that spring has to offer. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Thursday, April 3rd | Essence of Spring Cooking Demo
The warm and sunny spring season is upon us and with it brings a chance to create colorful and flavorful dishes that highlight the essence of spring. Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare these delicious recipes that will add brightness to your dinner table. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Friday, March 14th | Destination Crustaceans Cooking Demo
Abundant populations of shellfish along the east coast makes crustaceans the cornerstone of the region's cooking. One could argue that no other area's seafood dishes have had an impact on the nation's cuisine quite like those of the Eastern seaboard, and most of these iconic shellfish require little more than a simple preparation to reveal their incredible flavors. Join us for this delicious cooking demonstration where Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these iconic dishes originating along the Atlantic. Shrimp is an integral part of Lowcountry cuisine. It is amazingly versatile with endless possibilities for preparing this tasty crustacean. A Day at Carnavale! Cooking Demo
Carnevale, Italy’s version of Mardi Gras, is a magical feast for sight and senses, including great food. Come ring in the Easter season Italian style!
