Demo Classes

Our Demonstration Classes are presented classroom style where you watch the chef prepare his menu, providing step-by-step procedures and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($75 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes

Our Hands-On Classes give you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare.  ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes

If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, we can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

An enduring part of Italian-American culture is a feast on Sunday afternoons at nonna’s house. This usually features a hearty pasta sauce sometimes referred to as “Sunday Gravy.” The staples of this dish include Italian sausage, homemade meatballs and braciole, a stuffed beef roulade. After you’ve have mastered the recipes, you’ll enjoy a lunch of your new creations.
