
Demo Classes
Our Cooking School provides Demonstration Classes, presented classroom style, where you watch the chef prepare a menu, providing step-by-step instructions and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($75 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes
Our Cooking School offers Hands-On Classes, giving you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, our Cooking School can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.

Tuesday, April 29th | Flavors of Sicily Hands-On
Sicily has a big reputation and a colorful history of cultural crossover that has resulted in a rich and diverse cuisine. Chef Trey will help you as you prepare classic dishes from the beautiful island of Sicily. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a lunch of your new creations.

Wednesday, April 30th | Stuffed Pasta Hands-On
At this fun hands-on experience, you’ll make pasta dough, prepare two delicious fillings, fill and shape your pasta and create the perfect sauce to complement each one. After the cooking is done, you’ll enjoy a family-style lunch of your freshly made pasta dishes.

Thursday, May 1st | Mediterranean Cruise Cooking Demo
If a cruise around the Mediterranean is not in the cards this summer, you can still enjoy the cuisine! Join Chef Trey for this culinary tour around the Mediterranean and explore the foods and flavors of Greece, Sicily and Spain. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Friday, May 2nd | “My Old Kentucky Home” Cooking Demo
Grab your fanciest hat, mix up a Mint Julep and get ready for America’s most famous horse race—the Kentucky Derby! Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare three classic Kentucky dishes so authentic you’ll be able to hear "Call to the Post." Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.

Tuesday, May 6th | A Taste of Tuscany Hands-On
Located in central Italy, Tuscany is renowned for its contributions to the Renaissance, superlative wines, and fantastic food. Join us as Michael Anthony’s culinary team takes you on a culinary tour of sun-drenched Tuscany. After the cooking is done, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare.

Wednesday, May 14th | We’re Having Ravioli Hands-On
Who doesn’t love ravioli? In this fun hands-on class, you’ll learn to make homemade ravioli. Our chefs will guide you step by step through ravioli-making techniques—from making, rolling and cutting dough to filling and cooking ravioli. Wednesday, April 2nd | Knife Skills Hands-On
Every great meal begins with some chopping, dicing, slicing, or mincing - so there's no better way to enhance your culinary education than with essential knife skills! For this fun class, we will cover everything you need to know about knives and how to use them. You'll start by learning to sharpen, hone and properly hold this essential tool. Chef Trey will help you master the basics of how to chop an onion, mince garlic, chiffonade basil, and a full range of professional chopping cuts from julienne to brunoise. You'll even learn how to properly butcher a chicken! Then you'll use all the ingredients you have chopped to make a delicious lunch which you will enjoy after all the chopping and cooking is done!

Lasagna is always everyone's favorite dish, and when properly prepared, it is a taste delight. An enduring part of Italian-American culture is a feast on Sunday afternoons at nonna’s house. This usually features a hearty pasta sauce sometimes referred to as “Sunday Gravy.” The staples of this dish include Italian sausage, homemade meatballs and braciole, a stuffed beef roulade.
