The Mother Sauces Hands-On Cooking Class | $115 (plus tax & gratuity) When you have a good stock, you have a good sauce. When you have a good sauce, you have good food. Chef Trey will be by your side as you learn to make three of the “Mother” sauces that can be used as they are or as the starting point for plenty of exciting dishes. After you have mastered the sauces, you’ll enjoy a lunch of your new creations.
