Essence of Truffles Hands-On Cooking Class | $120 (plus tax & gratuity) This class pays homage to truffles, culinary delicacies that are typically very expensive. Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare three terrific dishes using truffle peelings and infused oil and honey that impart truffle flavor with minimal expense. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
