An Evening in Sicily | Special Evening Cooking Demonstration Class with Wine Pairings | $90 (plus tax & gratuity) Sun-drenched Sicily is renowned for its gorgeous and varied landscapes—from spectacular beaches to soaring mountains to arid deserts. It’s also acclaimed for its creative and delectable cuisine. Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare three classic Sicilian dishes, with each delicious course paired with a fabulous Sicilian wine.  The wines will be presented by Miriam Gonzalez of RNDC.

This unique evening includes a welcome glass of prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each wonderful wine and a recipe booklet to take home.

All wines will be available for retail purchase.
