An Evening on the Riviera | Evening Cooking Demo & Wine Pairing | $85 (plus tax & gratuity) The famed Riviera - sun-drenched beaches stretching from southeastern France to northwestern Italy. It’s a magical place where two great cultures merge and the cuisine is as delightful as the palm trees and bikinis.
For this very special evening cooking demonstration, Chef Trey will show you how to prepare three outstanding dishes made famous along the Riviera coast. They will be expertly paired with French and Italian wines, presented by Sommelier Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.
This unique evening includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
