A Tuscan Christmas Evening Cooking Demonstration Class & Wine Pairing | $85 (plus tax & gratuity)

Join us for a special evening cooking demonstration featuring premium wine pairings. In Tuscany, for Christmas dinner, special dishes are prepared and enjoyed that have been passed on from generation to generation and bind families to their beautiful Tuscan heritage. Our chefs will show you how to prepare your own special Tuscan Christmas menu that may be the start of a new tradition for your family.  Each course will be paired with a Tuscan wine selected and presented by Miriam Gonzalez with RNDC.  This unique evening includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, small dinner portions of each recipe, a three-ounce tasting of each fabulous wine and a recipe booklet to take home.
