In conjunction with the Hilton Head Island Concours d’Elegance and Italy’s contribution to the automobile industry, we are celebrating the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna. Emilia-Romagna is Italy’s greatest gastronomic treasure and home of the famed auto industry of Italy, which produces some of the finest performance vehicles in the world – Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini! The region produces some of the best foods in the world, including the famed Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and aged balsamic vinegars from Modena.

Chef Trey Place will prepare a four-course dinner featuring classic dishes from Emilia-Romagna, each course paired with fabulous wines from throughout Italy.

This will be a tableside wine dinner with limited seating. Each guest is seated at a table with their party only and the wine is presented and poured tableside by our sommeliers. Reservations are taken in 15-minute intervals so that everyone can receive personal attention.
