Italian-American Favorites Cooking Demonstration Class | $75 (plus tax & gratuity) When Italians immigrated to the United States, they adapted their cooking to American tastes and the availability of local ingredients. The result is food rarely seen in Italy, but very popular here in the States. Chef Trey will demonstrate how to prepare these beloved recipes. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tasting portions, wine and recipes.
