The Cuisine of Campania Cooking Demonstration Class | $75 (plus tax & gratuity) Campania is home to Naples, the gorgeous Sorrento Peninsula and the Isle of Capri where fresh seafood is abundant. If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, the focus changes from the sea to the earth and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania that will become favorites at your dinner table.
