If you head inland into the provinces of Avellino and Benevento, the focus changes from the sea to the earth and the cuisine relies on sun-kissed vegetables, herbs and fresh farmhouse cheeses. Chef Trey will show you how to prepare these classic dishes from Campania that will become favorites at your dinner table.
