Michael Cirafesi found his passion for food at a very early age. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area he was the Sous Chef for the Monte Carlo Living Room in Philadelphia before relocating to Hilton Head Island to join family and open the business. A graduate of the Philadelphia Culinary School, Michael is our Executive Chef and the architect of our culinary program. mcirafesi@hargray.com
Mike Guinto is from the Philadelphia area, attended the Philadelphia Culinary School and gained experience working in kitchens in Philadelphia and Las Vegas. He joined Michael Anthony’s when the business opened in January 2002 and currently holds the position of Sous Chef, Dining Room Services.
Chris Johnson is from Phillipsburg, NJ and attended West Virginia University. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Academy “Le Cordon Bleu” in Pittsburgh and has owned and operated his own restaurant in New Jersey as well as holding the position of Executive Chef in many fine restaurants in Pennsylvania. He joined Michael Anthony’s in 2008 and currently holds the position of Sous Chef.
Chris Miller is another Philadelphia native who has many years of experience working in restaurants in the Philadelphia area. He moved to Hilton Head Island to join the business in 2003 and today serves as our Operations Manager. cjmiller@hargray.com
Jennifer Simoneaux is a resident of the Hilton Head/Bluffton area since 1986 and a graduate from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She has worked in the food & beverage Industry for over 10 years, the past 3 have been with Michael Anthony's, and has recently moved into management as our Marketing Communications Coordinator. jsimoneaux@hargray.com
