Demo Classes
Our Cooking School provides Demonstration Classes, presented classroom style, where you watch the chef prepare a menu, providing step-by-step instructions and helpful hints for each dish. The class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, a generous tasting of all the dishes prepared, a glass of wine and a recipe booklet to take home. ($75 per person plus tax and gratuity). All seats are assigned based on party size and in the order the reservation was received so we can accommodate everyone.

Hands-On Classes
Our Cooking School offers Hands-On Classes, giving you the opportunity to prepare three recipes from start to finish, working side by side with the chef. After the cooking has been completed, you will sit down for a family-style lunch with wine to enjoy the dishes you helped prepare. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)

Private Classes
If you have a small group of friends, family or colleagues, our Cooking School can also accommodate a private hands-on class. You must have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 to schedule a private hands-on class. Please call for availability and to select a menu. Classes will begin at 11:30am. ($120 per person plus tax and gratuity)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a credit card to hold your reservation and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the class or your credit card will be charged. We also reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
Friday, April 11th | Neapolitan Pasta Cooking Demo
In the nineteenth century, people living in the capital city of Naples were nicknamed Mangia Maccheroni (macaroni eaters). To this day, Neapolitans remain devout pasta eaters and their pasta is among the best and the most varied in all of Italy. Join us for this demonstration class where Chef Trey will show you how to make three perfect pasta dishes that everyone will enjoy. Class includes a welcome glass of Prosecco, generous tastings of all the dishes, wine and recipes to take home.
